We are now looking to improve our professional team with a new addition. Currently we are interviewing for a lot attendant. You must posses self reliance, self motivation, maturity, attention to detail, and great organizational skills. In this position you will not be overseeing any employee's.

Skills/Requirements

• Lot Attendant must possess the ability to clean boats, operate a forklift, relocate boats, and get boats ready for delivery.

Your main responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Professionalism.
• Ability to completely satisfy customers in a professional, courteous, and timely manner on a daily basis.
• Ensure that customer complaints and problems are handled promptly and professionally.
• Possess strong communication skills both in speech and writing with subordinates and supervisors, ability to development, be coached.
• Prepares or assists in the preparation and delivery of boats and motors.
• Clean boats and store, stock and organize Front of House and Back of the House Stock.
• Ensures all safety standards and practices regarding the proper use of company approved safety equipment like back belts, safety knives, engine hoists, and ladders.
