We are a boat dealership that has been in business for over 39 years. Our largest opportunity is within the used market since so many people are buying and selling boats. This is a unique position that we have had in place for over 3 years now.

We have put together a team of myself and two others in which we are seeking a fourth to create leads so we can continue to sell and consign boats. The pay scale is salary and commission based and there is money to be made. You lead your own career path so come grow and develop our business together with us.

We are a Boat Dealership that offers the best quality boats, parts, and service in the Northwest. We are now looking to improve our professional team with a new addition. Currently we are interviewing for two Marketing Professionals.

Experience required on computers running basic programs (for marketing). You will have to have self reliance, self motivation, maturity, attention to detail, and perfect organizational skills. In this position you will not be overseeing any employee's.

Requirements:

Open but would hope to find a college graduate or at least a person working towards a degree.

Skills/Requirements

  • Must possess strong communication excellent organizational skills, team building, associate development, conflict resolution, coaching, and discipline skills.
  • Marketing individual must have experience on computers. Specific experience in the boating industry is not required.
  • Understanding the financial and economic goals of our store is required.
  • This position will be able to communicate effectively through the computer.
  • Must be able to understand and act on written information and must have the ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
