Your response and work repairing the new 9.9 Mercury O/B with remote steering was all that was expected. Didn't even charge us for the repairs done on the boat trailer lights. Mechanic staff was knowledgeable and forthcoming with information and advice. Thank you !

I'm a first time boat owner and had lots of questions. The gentleman at the front counter was so helpful. He was busy with other things but took the time to answer all my questions, got me the right part and also made sure I new the correct way to install. I give this place 5 star rating

Purchased an "older" model boat this summer. Ken has been spot on with suggestions and some repairs! Even took me out for a quick spin with it to show off the upgrades!! I've been coming to Cascade Marine Center for my boating needs for the last 36 years.

Not once have I ever been disappointed or had to wait long for parts and accessories.

They are knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping people with their individual needs whatever they are right down to the tiniest part, motor, or the boat of your dreams.

An evening boat trip turned into a major repair after my prop shaft found a piling or a submarine just inside the Willamette channel. After that I thought my family's weekend plans to head to the lake with the boat would have to be scraped since most boat shops are a week or more out to get service. Cascade wasn't one of the usual places I take the boat but they were willing to take a look and see what they could do. After reading some of the other reviews of Cascade Marine I almost cancelled my appointment but I sure am glad that I didn't. Ken and his team of skilled and dedicated techs, many of whom are service members or veterans, know their stuff and I couldn't believe they were able to replace a ski boat prop shaft in one day. Cascade did the job amazingly fast and the work has now held for hours as if the issue never happened. The estimates that Cascade provided for the work were right on. Good maintenance on your boat isn't free nor should it be when a trained and qualified shop works on it. Cascade's pricing was fair and far lower than some of the fancy ski boat shops in town.Great job and thank you!

I recently dealt with Cascade Marine on a used boat purchase. I found them to be friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. They explained everything they had done to get the boat ready, took me for a test ride and also shared any problems they found. They were up front about both the good things and not so good things about the boat. I would have no reservations about dealing with them again.
